  • Job description:

    You will participate in the storage, maintenance, and transport of audio/video/lighting equipment, set up and operate devices, provide technical support, and independently coordinate simpler projects.

    Whether you are a junior or senior, your main tasks will include:

    • assisting in collecting equipment for an event in the warehouse and preparing it for transport
    • helping with loading and unloading complete event equipment in the warehouse and on-site
    • assisting with on-site preparations, supporting the setup and teardown of equipment
    • handling and managing high-end professional lighting, audio, and/or video equipment
    • organizing and maintaining A/V/L equipment in the warehouse and keeping the storage area tidy
    • reporting equipment malfunctions and the need for consumables
    • completing records and documentation related to projects, company vehicles, and work activities

    If you have more experience, you will also take part in planning and selecting equipment for gigs, preparing cost estimates, managing power setups, configuring and operating equipment, executing technical aspects of gigs, leading teams, communicating directly with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, performing minor repairs and equipment maintenance, and training colleagues on using A/V/L equipment.

About a super candidate

  • Conditions you must meet:
    • completed secondary technical education (assembler or mechanic of electrical and electronic devices, electrical technician, etc.)
    • medical fitness to perform A/V/L technician tasks
    • ability to lift and carry heavier loads independently (approx. 25 kg for men and 15 kg for women)
    • willingness to work at heights
    • basic computer skills and ability to navigate applications (email, internet, WhatsApp, etc.)
    • solid communication skills and willingness to work in a team
    • sense of responsibility towards equipment, colleagues, the company, and clients
    • respect for time, space, and agreements
  • Minimum educational qualification:
    • at least KV – qualified, level III, secondary vocational education
  • Required work experience:
    • at least 1 year of experience as an A/V/L technician for concerts and events is preferred
    • candidates with any prior experience working at events will be given an advantage
  • Your additional pros and pluses:

    • driver’s license category B or C (active driver)
    • license and experience operating a forklift
