  • Job description:

    We’re looking for experienced technicians (senior level) in one of the following areas:

    • Audio Technician - Senior
    • Video Technician - Senior
    • Light Technician - Senior

    What will you do?

    • independently set up and run your part of the system (audio / video / light)
    • handle setup, testing, and optimization of equipment
    • solve technical issues — quickly and without panic
    • participate in setup and dismantling of production
    • coordinate work with the rest of the AVL team and project managers
    • lead smaller teams on-site when needed
    • take care of equipment and ensure it’s in proper working condition

  • Conditions you must meet:

    What do we expect?

    • strong experience in your field (audio or video or light)
    • ability to work independently on events
    • understanding of basic electrical engineering and system connections
    • experience with professional equipment and software in your field
    • ability to troubleshoot quickly
    • teamwork and communication with crew and clients
    • communication in Croatian and English
    • Category B driver’s license (active driver)
  • Minimum educational qualification:

    at least secondary school education (vocational or general)

  • Required work experience:

    Absolutely! The more, the better.

  • Your additional pros and pluses:
    • a combination of AVL skills
    • experience on larger productions (concerts, festivals, corporate events)
    • experience leading teams on-site
    • certifications and completed training related to event production and the use of A/V/L equipment
    • Category C driver’s license
