Job description:
The job includes 30% truck driving and 70% assistance in event preparation.
Whether you are a junior or a senior, your main work tasks will be:
- participation in equipment collection in the warehouse and preparation for transport
- loading and unloading equipment in the warehouse and at event locations
- transport and delivery of equipment by van and truck
- participation in site preparation, as well as equipment setup and dismantling
- organizing, maintaining, and taking care of equipment in the warehouse
- maintaining cleanliness and technical condition of vehicles
- identifying and reporting malfunctions on equipment and vehicles
- keeping records and documentation related to projects, vehicles, and work
- daily driving in Zagreb and surrounding areas, with occasional short trips across Croatia and the region
- working hours are arranged and adjusted depending on event schedules
If you have more experience, you will additionally participate in planning equipment transport, supervising scheduling and loading of equipment into vehicles, setup and dismantling of equipment, providing technical support during events, as well as maintaining equipment and vehicles.

Conditions you must meet:
- medical fitness to perform the duties of an event technician - truck driver person
- ability to independently lift and carry heavier loads (approx. 25 kg for men and 15 kg for women)
- valid Category B and C driving licenses
- solid communication skills and willingness to work in a team
- a strong sense of responsibility towards equipment, colleagues, the company, and clients
- respect for time, space, and agreements

- at least a vocational qualification (KV - qualified worker), Level III, secondary education

Required work experience:
- preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in the technical execution of events or similar roles.
